Solve problems with Learn ViewPoint
If you're having sound or connection problems with Learn ViewPoint, first:
- Check your Internet connection
- Try clearing your cache and cookies
- Check that your IT department has allowed you access to view embedded Vimeo videos.
- Try waiting a few minutes before re-connecting to Learn ViewPoint
Make sure you're using a
supported and updated browser.
No Sound? Try this:
If a video is playing but there is no sound, check that the volume on the video is turned up. Volume is found on the control bar on the right, when it's blue, the sound will be at 100% and you can adjust it up and down.
Why is my video always muted?
Due to browser policies to prevent unwanted ads from playing automatically, videos with autoplay or autostart enabled will play with the volume muted. Since this is now the default behavior for most browsers, make sure that the controls are enabled on your video so that your users will be able to unmute them.
